Winery is our home
A winery founded less than fifteen years ago with no frills and thought as a functional place for wine.
A single space covered with roof trusses, on either side two places for storage. Inside a destemmer and crusher machine, a soft press, and wooden conical trunk vats for fermentation, barriques and tonneaux for refining.
Outside, at an altitude of 500 metres ,temperature reaches 40 degrees in summer, in winter it snows, all around Cataratto and Perricone vineyards.
Then the garden where Giuseppe “buys groceries” for his restaurant in viale Piemonte, Palermo.
